As the province’s interactive investment meeting place for angels and entrepreneurs, Saskatchewan Angel Investor Network’s state-of-the-art web technology is used to identify, introduce, and inspire entrepreneurs with solid business plans to interested angel investors.
Saskatchewan Angel Investor Network (SAINT) is a significant player in Canada’s investment scene – the organization is committed to set in motion business relationships, solve the disconnect between entrepreneurs and investors, and make a positive impact in the provincial and national economy.
SAINT’s primary mission is to have a positive impact on the province: through on on-line introduction process, the organization will work to create new business growth, stimulate the economy and generate returns on investment. It achieves this by providing:
- a foundation for a formalized angel investment process
- opportunity to increase the quantity, quality, and potential success of angel investments
- a gateway to a greater pool of capital for innovative start-up companies
- access to best practices education for entrepreneurs and angels during the investment process
- formation of collaboration and co-investment mechanisms
- networking opportunities between angels and entrepreneurs, as well as investment stakeholders
- policy advocacy on behalf of its membership
