Board of Directors

Over a year after it was first announced as an initiative of Saskatchewan Advanced Technology Association’s (SATA) Tech Action Plan, SAINT was incorporated April 9, 2007 as a fully independent and incorporated non-profit body. The move was undertaken in order to assert SAINT’s independence and autonomy as a separate, but complementary organization to SATA and the province’s other industry associations and entrepreneurial agencies.

SAINT is directed by a five-member board, and operates under strict bylaws and governance guidelines. As the organization’s first Board of Directors, these individuals represent the mandate of the organization as well as the interests of its membership of accredited investors and entrepreneurs seeking capital.
