His specialties include: Trademark prosecution - development of trademark portfolios across diverse industry sectors, including heavy equipment, petrochemical, agri-commerce, food processing, professional services, clothing and retail, and: Patent prosecution - prosecution of patent applications in the fields of mining, food processing and bio-matter processing, software patents in the field of database structure and methodology as well as business method patents in software, e-commerce and other traditional fields.
