A partner in the law firm of McCrank, Stewart and Johnson, David Brundige specializes in corporate commercial law, with an emphasis on corporate finance and securities. He presently Chairs the Canadian Bar Association's Securities Law South Saskatchewan Chapter, and is a board member of numerous companies including IP Green Capital Ltd., Brunwall Developments Ltd., AHC Holdings Ltd. He was Chair of the Board of the Saskatchewan Angel Investment Network (SAINT), a non-profit corporation, in 2007-2008.
The son of an entrepreneur, David presently or in the past, has served on the advisory board for numerous small corporations and one publically held corporation. He has been recognized by the prestigious Martindale-Hubbell organization with a CV ranking, an honour he has held for the last 10 years. The Martindale-Hubbell ranking is arrived at after consultation with peers. David also has significant experience in real estate development and construction as a director of Brunwall Developments.
