SAINT is a conduit for both angel investors and entrepreneurs to come together, connecting good business plans with smart money, adding value to its member companies through mentorship and network connections, and effectively filling the finance gap between debt financing and venture capital.

In the past, Saskatchewan-based entrepreneurs seeking capital would pitch their business opportunity to individuals or small groups of investors, or more often, one by one – a time-consuming and often frustrating endeavor for both entrepreneurs and investors. Entrepreneurs were spending valuable time raising capital instead of focusing on the development of their concept or company. And at the same time, investors were receiving unqualified requests for funding.

To create a more organized and effective investment setting in Saskatchewan, SAINT has been established and designed to enhance the preparedness, process, and potential success of both entrepreneurs and investors.
